Cancellations
Clients can request cancellation prior to the official project commencement.
Once work begins or deliverables are initiated, cancellation is not permitted unless mutually agreed.
Refunds
Refunds are granted only if cancellation occurs before project commencement or per an approved contractual clause.
No refunds allowed for completed consulting hours, source code, or advisory deliverables.
Razorpay’s settlement timelines apply for approved refunds—typically 7–10 business days.
Gateway fee or transaction charges may not be refundable under Razorpay policy.
Duplicate Transactions
If a duplicate payment occurs, please notify us at marketing@akctechnosolz.com. Once verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
