All software consulting, development, and technical advisory engagements are governed by the specific project proposal or service agreement signed between the client and AKC Technosolz (OPC) Pvt Ltd.
Payments
All payments are securely processed via Razorpay, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
AKC Technosolz (OPC) Pvt Ltd does not store or have access to customer credit/debit card or bank details.
Payments become non-refundable once consulting work, deliverables, or digital outputs are initiated unless otherwise specified in writing in the client agreement.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
All software, code, or documentation created for a client remains under the intellectual property clauses defined in the project contract and/or NDA.
Liability
AKC Technosolz (OPC) Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses due to third-party software issues, hosting downtime, or dependencies outside our control.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal.
